Synod College Admission
Application for admission on prescribed forms will be accepted immediately after the announcement of the Meghalaya Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Equivalent Examination results. Each application form must be accompanied by an attested copy of the mark sheet of the last examination passed. Admission is given on merit first come-first served basis after a personal interview with the Principal. The College reserves the right to refuse an application without assigning any reason for the same. A student, when granted admission has to submit the following documents along with the application form:

1. An attested copy of mark sheet of the last examination passed (Class XII/equivalent Course).
2. An original Transfer Certificate from the School/College last attended.
3. A testimonial of character from the Principal of the School or College last attended.
4. An original Migration Certificate for students who passed out from Boards other than Meghalaya Board of School Education.
5. Scheduled Tribe/ Caste/ OBC Certificate (Wherever necessary).
6. One recent attested passport size photo.

NOTE: When admission is granted, (I) all fees must be paid at the SBI Bara Bazar, Shillong. The admission form along with the counter foil should be submitted to the College Office within the stipulated date, otherwise the admission will stand cancelled. Application forms not accompanied by the required documents will not be accepted. (2) Identity Card are to be submitted within one week from the date of admission to the office for Principal.
